1. Look on our rental pages and decide which instrument you wish to hire. Even better would be to obtain advice from your school or teacher if you have one.

2. Once you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, enter you username and password if you are already registered on our database, if not please register first.

3. Compete the online form, it is important that all sections are filled out. Once this is done click the submit button.

4.Within 3 working days you should receive a copy of the rental agreement and a direct debit form. You should check all the details, sign both forms and return them to us in the prepaid envelope with a good photocopy of your drivers licence or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement.

5. Your application will be processed, and if successful your credit card will be charged for the initial payment, including returnable deposit, and the delivery charge. The instrument will be sent by return with the identification you provided and your copy of the agreement.

6. If you later decide to buy the instrument, please contact us to agree the amount owing and authorise the charge to your credit or debit card.

We may also need some further details relating to accommodation, bankers and employment. We reserve the right not to rent to customers who in our opinion cannot provide adequate credit information.
