The Border League has been running junior cricket for over twenty years. The original composition of the League was for young cricketers under 13 & 15 years of age, with teams from the Kent and Sussex border taking part. Over the years the League has enjoyed the generous sponsorship of Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys. More recently the League has expanded considerably with sides from Canterbury and Maidstone being members. The League now boasts eighteen different clubs fielding forty eight different sides. This has led the League to expand to two divisions at under 15 and under 11 level and three at under 13 level. The Border League embraces sides of all talents from the junior village side to Kent League Premier Division junior sides.
